Intuitive
Through a mindfully-based practice you learn how to connect the dots between your current lifestyle habits and how you feel, so you can step back and discover where you are out of alignment. By observing your stuck habits with curiosity and kindfullness (ie. compassion rather than judgment) you will learn how to listen to your body as a wise intuitive teacher and notice how bodily symptoms are just signals to you that it’s time to course correct and make a change.
Holistic
Hol=health=wholeness. We can't have wellness without wholeness, and I believe we are all whole and worthy as we are, we just need to be reminded of that. This work isn't about "fixing" yourself it is about undoing the old patterns and beliefs that have led you to forget who you really are. It is about remembering your essence, before you grew up and everyone told you you were "too much" of something. It is about coming back to that place of fullness- embracing all parts of yourself lovingly and wholly.
